Acute Hospital Sector Award

Criteria
Demonstrating how goods, service or technology that you have proven in an Acute or Clinical NHS Trust have utilised/used innovation to support a positive outcome for patients care directly and/or improved efficiency within the trust.
Areas to bring out in your submission are;
  • Describe the goods, service or technology you have delivered.
  • Benefit realisation, covering desired benefit, stakeholder impact, enablers, outcomes, base line and timescales
  • Explain what was innovative about the solution
  • Describe what you think is the sustainability aspect of the improvement. (Optional )
  • Describe the Journey the Trust and the Supplier have undertaken together.
  • Lessons Learnt for those that follow. (May want to combine with Describe the Journey)
  • How has this project supported your efficiency or CIP?
  • Explain how this project supported collaborative working across Trusts.(Optional)

Criteria
Working either as a standalone business or with other organisations, suppliers should demonstrate how their company has utilised innovation to improve a product, create a new idea, method, technology, process, application or service that has transformed or enhanced patient care and improved efficiency within Midland and East of England Trusts.

Mental Health/Community Hospital Award

Criteria
This award will be judged on demonstrating how the goods or services you have implemented into a Mental Health or Community NHS Trust have utilised innovation, this helping to produce a positive outcome for patients care directly or the environment in which they live.

  • Explain what was innovative (optional)
  • Understanding sustainability of improvement
